Pros
Able to work any day of the week as clinical, theory, or skills lab instructor.
Cons
This place doesn’t function as a school, it functions as a business. It has an excellent marketing department advertising hand on and small classes. In reality the classes are around 60 students, the clinical groups up to 15, the skills lab outdated, and the clinical sites a mess. The administration is a chaos they lose emails and documents constantly, they do not support instructors. Many occasions they don’t even know what’s going on; they request constantly documents from prior months, double book instructors, provide information for a rotation on the last minute and so on. This institution has the same problems over and over and over. Students become disappointed, frustrated, anger and rebellious. The pay is average, no raise, no benefits, no future. Finally, the administration doesn't accept criticism; if they hear something they don’t like they shot you down.
