Pros
Employee focused and engaged. Take part in regular events to get employees engaged and enjoying their work. Management team listens to suggestions and makes changes if needed.
*Co-Workers are great
*Flexibility in your workday, you are able to adjust hours if needed for appointments etc.
*Lower Level management are great

*Executive Team does not value anyone
*Major departmental changes that affect everyone are made by people that know nothing about finance
*No clear direction from anyone in management
* Constant worry about being laid off - that's all this new Executive team has done since last summer
* No place to voice concerns or issues, those people were let go as well
