The people are truly the best reason to work here. Many great friendships to develop.

Cons

Over 100 year old company still does business in an outdated manor. Technology needs a major overhaul. Difficult to find advancement if politics are not your strong suite. Unfortunately the nature of the business is one that happens 24/7, so work/life balance can be skewed. The business itself is affected for better or worse by outside forces beyond the company's control.

*Co-Workers are great *Flexibility in your workday, you are able to adjust hours if needed for appointments etc. *Lower Level management are great

Cons

*Executive Team does not value anyone *Major departmental changes that affect everyone are made by people that know nothing about finance *No clear direction from anyone in management * Constant worry about being laid off - that's all this new Executive team has done since last summer * No place to voice concerns or issues, those people were let go as well
