Decent food, 401k plan, paid time off.

Cons

Working for a jerk of a captain, no phone service, 40 hrs a week and more is considered overtime on land, for acbl you work up to 84 hrs a week with no overtime pay, back breaking work, no sleep,no women, Bring plenty of porn, if you have a new wife or new girlfriend you can kiss her goodbye because when you come back there will be another guy there, seen that happen to alot of men that work there not a pretty picture.

*Co-Workers are great *Flexibility in your workday, you are able to adjust hours if needed for appointments etc. *Lower Level management are great

Cons

*Executive Team does not value anyone *Major departmental changes that affect everyone are made by people that know nothing about finance *No clear direction from anyone in management * Constant worry about being laid off - that's all this new Executive team has done since last summer * No place to voice concerns or issues, those people were let go as well
