Unless you are a captain you are always wrong Everyone is a snitch HR doesn't care about you You are stuck where you are placed Only promote idiots (no one has an education) Pay is only good because you aren't home to spend a months pay

*Co-Workers are great *Flexibility in your workday, you are able to adjust hours if needed for appointments etc. *Lower Level management are great

Cons

*Executive Team does not value anyone *Major departmental changes that affect everyone are made by people that know nothing about finance *No clear direction from anyone in management * Constant worry about being laid off - that's all this new Executive team has done since last summer * No place to voice concerns or issues, those people were let go as well
