The people were great and the internship was paid well.

It was very busy and many people needed my help from all depts.

Positive environment, great management, warm and welcoming team, cute clothes, amazing employee discount program.

Often not enough hours given to properly staff, hectic during back-to-school / holidays / black friday. Doesn't pay well enough for the amount of work required. Sales associate pay is low, so only very young people become associates, and they are slow and not so competent at getting stuff done around the store, so the majority of labor falls on managers. And we aren't paid enough.
