Pros
-Good benefits -Personally, I have found it easy to talk to top executives, but I'm sure not everyone agrees -Nice people to work with both management and non-management -Cafeteria, Starbucks, gym are convenient -Depending on your manager, a lot of freedom if you show that you can get your work done -Opportunities for growth. I think the company is looking to change and merge together the older and younger generations. There is starting to be a lot of potential for younger workers to express and implement their ideas. Many executives are actually pushing for this. -Treat their employees well when it comes to celebrations (birthdays, holidays, etc)
Cons
-Considered a 'conservative' company which leads many to believe there is a fear of change -Strict on work from home time (can't be the same days every month) which makes it difficult to plan for personal appointments and work meetings -Some employees that have been there a while do very little work.
