Pros

Jobs here typically stand the test of time so long as you keep to yourself and not overstep your bounds in this "us and them" environment.

Cons

As a temp or contact worker you will be subjected to discriminant behavior from the employees and should you try to make a suggestion or present a new idea, unless your lips are smack dab on the backside of the right manager, you will be shot down and everything you do will be ridiculed and scrutinized.

Pros

When I first got hired at Honda, I accepted the low pay, because it was a fully remote position, offered overtime, even though I was a salary employee, and we had flex hours. The management used to be amazing as well, very lead back and trusted us.

Cons

Honda is a very cheap company. When they first wanted us to come into the office they offered free drinks. But then they removed that. They also took away overtime opportunities. I have never worked for a company. That was so insanely frugal. There’s also a lot of nepotism in the recruiting department. If you want to advance your career and recruitment, then your best luck is to be from Ohio, and be a part of the click… Even if you have very little to zero recruiting experience.
