I've been with the company for quite some time and seen many changes. Unfortunately, we're becoming the "big gorilla" and couldn't care less about our employees. They continually preach that they do but the actions are far from the truth. Those who have been with the company in sales for awhile are the backbone to the business, yet, don't get treated like it. If you're new just starting out with ATD... good luck! You'll get a VERY short "crash course" and you're on your own. You'll daily encounter things you were never trained in and when asking for time to learn/train... you'll be told you're "needed on the phones" taking calls. We no longer invest in good, quality employees. This is NOT your typical "call center" environment. Most people have made this business their life and have spent countless hours learning the trade. Don't expect to have an easy go if you're just starting out.
