Employees are rewarded with additional PTO and they are always able to switch that week with someone else if it doesn’t work with their schedule. We continue to improve our benefits package over time and feel that it has significantly improved over the recent years. There are annual reviews where raises are given based on performance. We have health, dental, vision, life insurance, short/long term disability, 401k match, PTO, transit benefits and fun annual company events! We also have flex time which allows employees to have a flexible schedule for a great work life balance. We are a family owned and operated run business and have been for over 20 years.
