Poor company to work for - Anonymous employee Ampcus Employee Review

Terrible benefits, no HR process, no annual review process, no incentives, little vacation accrual, poor management, overall a terrible company to work for. No 401K, flexible spending accounts. Vacation time carryover is 40 hours. Very minimal opportunity for employee growth, no training provided or encouraged. Employee suggestions for improvement ignored.
