      Used new technology and wanted to create a good dev culture.

      Cons

      Management were really old school and micromanaged a lot of things. Had to work out of a call center even though devs didn’t need to be in the office and could have been fully remote.

      Pay is consistent every month, plenty of leads

      Cons

      Commission structure isn’t good for the prices. Hard to secure loads a lot has to be given back. Everything goes back in the sales rep
