Aftrer completing my lease i was mailed a 10,000 dollar invoice for truck repairs i didn't get my last 2 settlements this is a complete ripoff these trucking companies make millions of dollars but still manage to screw the drivers lease purchase is a rip-off and they will charge you for everything Anderson shame on you

Pros

As a company driver they give you good equipment to do your job. They rent you a car to come to orientation.

Cons

The money is very inconsistent even for truck driving. It can be next to impossible to get truck worked on unless it quits running. Their shops are the worst I've dealt with in 18 years of driving truck. Fleet managers send you wrong information and than blame you for not being on time for pick-ups and deliveries. Didn't even help get a bus ticket home when I left job. Fleet managers don't care about drivers.

Friendly corporate employees. Nice brand new tractors. Beautiful granite corporate building.

Cons

Stress to make lease payment. Not being able to choose loads from other load boards. Dishonesty in passing on defective tractors for first year lease drivers.
