Pros
In most positions at ATS, there is a great deal of variety in job duties and opportunity to interact with many departments and locations across the country, both client base and other ATS offices. Fellow employees are supportive and friendly. Competition is based on personal performance, not in comparison to others.
Cons
There is little room for advancement within the company. Innovation is not generally encouraged or rewarded. Pay rates are static with no built-in increases. No comp time for significant hours worked past normal business hours.
