Management talks down to employees. Cameras located throughout the office to see what employees are doing. Salary is terrible. Change commission pay in the middle of year. Health insurance is very expensive because they have the truck drivers on the same policy as sales people. No sick days or bereavement days. You get 1/2 day per pay period and you have to use that for vacation, sick days, bereavement days. Threaten to take water or coffee away if they don’t like the “numbers”. Very few people make any $$. Management take good customers for themselves or take 20% of your accounts. No room for growth.
