Pros

Freedom to chase your own leads and build your book of business from scratch.

Cons

Technology is lacking compared to its competition. Customers demand execution and efficiency, the companies support systems to help support that are non - existent. The systems they do have in place to support crash everyday and don't work properly. Long term growth with larger accounts that you bring in will eventually diminish due to lacking technology at ATS. Leadership is very micromanaging. Leaders don't create solutions they create issues and point fingers. Very high turn over, I would suggest interviewing at 2 others logistics brokerage companies before this one and you will find that this company is severally lacking in most departments. (Compensation, Benefits, Culture, PTO, 401k - They don't match)

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We regret that you were not satisfied with your experience at ATS. Although we do not discuss individual circumstances via public means, we do want to extend the opportunity to discuss this further with you to identify why your experience was not what the majority of our employees and customers are communicating back to ATS. We would be happy to discuss your specific concerns offline. Feel free to contact our Employee Relations Manager at 320-255-7400.
