Things are not what they seem. People randomly disappear and it's hush hush and you eventually put together why they left. There is no 2 weeks notice, once you want out they show you the door. Their growth is the people that are content working in a work environment that encourages lying and misleading your prospects. The turnover is through the roof and they bring in around 5 new hires a month and they all quit roughly within 5 months. My entire group of new hires all quit in much less than a year. They play the marketing game very well. Quite frankly I feel like working here was a detriment to the beginning of my career as it was my first job out of college. It's a shame that they are allowed to attend college job fairs.
