-Orientation and training was 0 in the department I worked for. Questions asked were received as a bother instead of aiding in the understanding of how the department, company, and culture operates. -Processes were far behind the curve and were archaic. -Consistency was not practiced or adhered to for the department. -The minds of those who have been there several years are not open to change and are very set in their ways and will write people off if something isn't done "how it used to or how someone else did it for them".
