Flexible PTO, decent, pay, the illusion of a good company culture.

Cons

Anglepoint was fantastic. I had an amazing tenure there, but then things changed when they hired a VP of software engineering who completely changed the culture the company had been building since its inception. I won't get too much into it but after pumping us up for weeks and then having the team work overtime building a proof of concept, half our team was terminated so they could bring in "more skilled engineers". They blindsided my direct supervisor and our team. It was a horrible way to go about it and I would avoid working for this VP of software engineering at all costs. You'll never feel safe wondering when they're going to stab you in the back.
