I have loved working at Anglepoint. What stands out the most is the people. From the Executive team to the interns and everyone in between, Anglepoint consistently hires not only talented individuals but also genuinely kind and collaborative teammates. The culture here is inclusive, supportive and people-first. It is an environment where you are encouraged to grow and thrive. As the company has evolved, my role has changed several times, each presenting new opportunities to expand my skills and take on fresh challenges. Leadership fosters a culture of innovation and is always open to new ideas, which makes the work both dynamic and rewarding. There’s a clear commitment to continuous improvement—not just in business processes, but in creating a workplace where employees can succeed and feel valued.

The company is growing rapidly, which is great, but it does come with some growing pains. Occasionally, things can feel a bit fast-paced or unclear as processes evolve. However, leadership seems aware of this and is working hard to adapt and support teams through the changes.
