Pros
They were very direct in their interviewing process to ensure there were minimal surprises after the hiring. It is an early stage company and some parts of the company are more developed than others while others are being worked on. The existing employees here are extremely helpful. Some of the names they work with are well known brands. There seems to be growth and momentum in all parts of the company and new positions that were not available before are being opened which is a good sign of growth. The location is good but traffic is tough (but that's LA). They are looking to hire people with more experience which makes it a good learning experience for everyone.
Cons
The on-boarding process could be better and the training process certainly could be much better over time. There is a bit of sink or swim (which is expected but could be worked on). There could be more company get-togethers and events and put together much more formally, they seem to be not scheduled as well (though recently there are some good ones). Work load is high at times and varies significantly from week to week making it difficult to plan well.
