Great culture that supports each team member, providing the opportunity for growth, encouraging ideas and solution thinking (and execution). Our team knows and embraces our approach of "if you dream it, you own it" We encourage new ideas, processes, etc. As team members devise these opportunities, they're given the opportunity to bring it to life with the support of the team.

Cons

We can't grow fast enough. We have ton of opportunity and need great people.

The clients are some of the best part of the company. Many of them really want to work with you and become close colleagues. At it's height, the travel was great.

Cons

Money management - no money for severance Software management - no new features for over a year. Only slight updates to a key areas and a UI update that was not managed by a UI/UX designer.
