Cons
No culture, and major communication gaps, the BIGGEST issue is that SDRs are mostly in India. The company is trying to build out a small US SDR team under marketing - AEs report to a different depart than SDRs. Biggest red flag: No onboarding, no ramp-up period. They're just blinded by their vision of a robust marketing system that generates intent based on potential leads looking up the company. When you meet with leadership, they tend to not be present and distracted. I've met with leadership several times about resources that were needed and were just blown off. * No accountability from leadership, and will dispose of you based on the absence of emotional intelligence. * Be seen not heard, you're on an island - but not the vacationing type here and getting help and finding resources to be productively successful is a far reach. The tech stack is horrible for SDRs: A LOT OF LOW-VALUE and ADMIN activities.
