Pros
Get to learn all aspects of warehousing, cross-training was top of list, get to work and build relationship with various General Contractors, company truck for higher up positions, above average pay for general warehousing, paid time off (including time not yet earned based on the assumption you will be working there till years end to build up that time off), paid weekly
Cons
Insurance premiums were high, upper management was not always accessible, no direction with new processes and new processes were rarely followed for more than the first couple weeks, company rarely looks at the cost of things when they want something done practically throwing away hundreds to thousands of dollars daily.
