Pros

Great learning experience . You will learn a lot and be challenged. Pay is good. Do not sign offer letter until you receive a salary you are good with because raises are few. Good Bonus. There are great capable people here .

Cons

Bad and rude upper management. Training is lacking severely. Most of what you will do in the job will be reliant on your own ability to figure out how to resolve any given task.

Pros

Not the best pay however the pay was always on time.

Cons

If you enjoy early layoffs this company is a great fit for you. Like most telecommunications companies they over hire, then let mass employees go when the bulk of the project is done. The buddy system is in full effect at Ansco. If you rub the right shoulders life at this company can be amazing. Yearly rasies are non existent. If you want to make more you will need to move to a different position.
