Long hours, changing account teams, little direction from senior staff, not well integrated with other office locations, high expectations for little pay

Pros

Work from home, Flex Time off (only works well if you have a great manager, I did).

Cons

Unorganized management, constant change, management doesn’t see value in internal/non-client facing efforts or roles. The goals for the company are unrealistic, constantly changing and confusing.
