Pros

Small company with a family feel. The people there are friendly and tend to try their best to treat employees well. Salaries seem to be on par with market rates. CEO seems very engaged.

Cons

Analytics practices very questionable. Not a company I would recommend. Rampant nepotism. Some departments better than others.

Pros

Work from home, Flex Time off (only works well if you have a great manager, I did).

Cons

Unorganized management, constant change, management doesn’t see value in internal/non-client facing efforts or roles. The goals for the company are unrealistic, constantly changing and confusing.
