HORRIBLE...CHICAGO TEAM GOING DOWN THE DRAIN - Senior Operations Lead Ansira Employee Review

Pros

There are pros. Benefits are decent, lots of PTO (good luck taking it) and paid holidays throughout the year. Team gets the week of a Christmas off. Most of the team are good people.

Cons

I honestly don’t know where to begin. The CPM team is in absolute shambles. Everyone supporting clients will tell you the same things: low pay, ZERO recognition, no leadership, no resources, and no training (really, you will just start working on things with no guidance-set up to fail). The Chicago team has experienced a steady mass exodus of senior leadership dating back to the beginning of this year. Management’s refusal to keep the team fully staffed forces the Operations Specialists and Operations Leads to take more and more work that they are not ready for, and things usually come to a head after a few months, leading to more people quitting. Rinse and repeat. It’s actually sad and disappointing because there are some talented people that have come through the team, but they eventually see behind the curtain and quit. Most client programs have been in a steady decline (tailspin) due to lack of resources and staffing. You have PTO, but if you take it, you will be screwing over your co-workers who are already pushed to their absolute limit with volume. Also, you will come back to a huge mess, so people don’t even take time off because you’re actually hurting yourself. Our proprietary systems do not work, and have new issues arise weekly. This is probably our biggest challenge that causes a loss of faith from our clients. Development teams cannot fix things in time because they are slammed with work as well. The onboarding of a massive new client has sparked chaos across the team, leading to the latest round of exits. I am getting worked up just typing this, so I am going to stop. The list goes on and on.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your negative outlook about your time at Ansira. We have some very talented CPM team members who we are raising up as leaders, and we know that change can sometimes create discomfort as individuals adjust to their new roles. Additionally, as our client roster continues to grow, there are changes that will come with onboarding and supporting new work. That said, we appreciate your candid review and will use this input to continue improving the experience for all of our team members. We wish you well in your future endeavors. Thanks, Jay

Pros

Work from home, Flex Time off (only works well if you have a great manager, I did).

Cons

Unorganized management, constant change, management doesn’t see value in internal/non-client facing efforts or roles. The goals for the company are unrealistic, constantly changing and confusing.
