Horrible Company - Anonymous employee Anterra Management Employee Review

This is the most unorganized company I have ever worked for. They do NOT care about their employees. No room for growth. This is a Mom and Pop management group that will never scale. Upper management has been the same for years and they do whatever they want with no consequences. They abuse new hires for their benefit and promise you the moon and do not deliver. This company is racist and discriminates against minorities and they are proud of it. Anterra will pay you the bare minimum and expect you to work overtime but only pay you for 40 hours. Definitely steer clear of this company at all costs.
