I’ve been with Aperion for 3 years now and have been so fortunate to have the opportunity to grow within the company and watch my coworkers grow on personal and professional levels within Aperion. “The only constant is change” is often a common statement- especially during a pandemic - but the change that the company and its employees have faced within my time here has just been focused on personal and professional growth. Aperion wants people to find their niche and recognizes that some of the common “tiers” of promotion don’t exactly line up with the goals and dreams of their staff so they creatively brainstorm with the staff and leadership team to create new role or department which would allow the employees to continue that growth, while avoiding “pigeon-holing”.
Cons
Besides the fact that you need a tool to change the toilet paper roll, there’s really nothing.
