Some of the staff are truly kind

Cons

Resident complaints are through the roof Owner has a weird relationship with reputation management. She seems to almost boast about how many complaints she receives. Owner belittles staff and does not listen to staff suggestions Company is hanging on a by a thread due to legal issues
