Pros
I've worked at Aperion for 8 years. The owners and my colleagues are supportive, fun, caring and look out for each other. We have business AND personal goals, give staff flexibility in their lives and schedules to navigate family life, work hard and to the best of our ability for clients, give back to Central Oregon causes in a number of ways, and try and be the best stewards of the CO lifestyle and attitude we can.
Cons
Working at an HOA management company is often challenging. HOAs bear a stigma among many of overbearing and unfair, and managers and management companies often bear the brunt of that feeling, despite not making decisions or policy. There is also significant reliance on third-party contractors to perform work in the community, and with the pandemic and staffing issues, maintaining high community standards is difficult.
