Hours can be inconsistent sometimes

Apex is growing and building themselves into an amazing company. The office staff listen and take care to engage their staff and support the staff as much as they can. For those wondering, the pay is phenomenal. However that’s not what’s kept me here. The culture they’ve cultivated speaks for itself. I am allowed to make mistakes and am given grace and a safe place to make them but to also learn from others. Consistent feedback is given, positive and constructive when applicable. Most places it’s only constructive or negative but there are countless instances I’ve received praise and feedback. Apex truly has the client’s and employees’ interests in mind in everything they do.

If you don’t like driving a bit or in home therapy, this wouldn’t be a great fit. Apex is a new company with room to grow. However they listen to feedback and actually implement change.
