Used to be better - Hospitalist Apogee Medical Group Employee Review

Each Apogee site is different depending on the local staff and the local leadership. Dubois Pa used to be great. We had good leadership that was supportive. Now we never see our PD. Blatant favoritism has become a problem and is hurting morale. It has turned into the good ol boys club. The favoritism It is so bad the hospital staff makes jokes about it. It is embarrassing as an employee of Apogee to have the hospital staff literally making jokes about the "favorites" who "get away with everything". Because it is so obvious to everyone.
