I have seen first hand the dishonest practices of this business in my hometown of Camden SC and this company should be ashamed. They provide false information / use outdated software that does not withhold social security numbers on reports/ they do not store files adequately . I do not know why they have a presence in my community because they are only in 2 hospitals in the whole state of S.C.

Cons

This company preaches compliance but they don’t have followers in Camden SC The program is a joke there and should not cost the hospital or people of the community for something that other hospitals don’t have - why are they in Camden?

stability. pay. Locally, working to make a sustainable team.

Each Apogee site is different depending on the local staff and the local leadership. Dubois Pa used to be great. We had good leadership that was supportive. Now we never see our PD. Blatant favoritism has become a problem and is hurting morale. It has turned into the good ol boys club. The favoritism It is so bad the hospital staff makes jokes about it. It is embarrassing as an employee of Apogee to have the hospital staff literally making jokes about the "favorites" who "get away with everything". Because it is so obvious to everyone.
