Environment is good. Easy job

I dont have anything bad to say about them

Schedule. If you get into the right department you can pretty much make your own schedule because no one gives a sheet about when you’re there

No advancement. Worked here 7 years. I’ve been passed up for every promotion I’ve gone for. Management plays favorites and picks promotions based on popularity and not seniority or hard work. There is someone who has been with this company 5 years less than me and makes 5 dollars more an hour than me. Same department. Only difference is his brother is the daytime operations manager for the entire building. Everyone in management forgets they also have a boss and they go on massive power trips.
