Pros
Casual/laid back work environment and attire (for most departments). Many resources for padding resumes (certifications, extra training, etc.)
Cons
Low wages compared to rest of industry. In turn reduces morale. High turnover rate. Some departments feel treated like second class employees. No WIFI and you have to need a valid reason for unrestricted internet access on your desktop.
