Terrible pay and absolutely no checks and balances between what executives are doing and what is "right" to do per HR/Corporate standards. Management will give you more work if you do your work well but never a pay raise. In fact, this company is known to give "title changes" without any money to go with it - they will just roll a pay increase into your cost of living increase instead (a raise you would have received anyways). Huge lack of feedback on performance and encouragement on a job well done. The management seems to do what they want in regards to compensation. There isn't a lot of opportunity for growth and no rhyme or reason to compensation based on education and experience. Very disheartening!
Also, managers really do no manage anything. This company is still highly micromanaged by executives, especially when it comes to budget. They have high expectations about what they want you to accomplish but don't give you the resources to be able to manage those results.
