Cons

Encouraged to work overtime as they cannot hire quick enough to meet demand- however, overtime is paid at time and a half. As a new company they have been running to keep up, however now they are starting to put in all the policies and procedures required for sustainable growth.

Pros

Within a week of leaving, my inbox filled with congratulations & invitations to reconnect from university partners, agents and sector leaders.

Cons

Hire people who won't ask questions. Pay them less than whoever they replaced. Call it a strategy. When the VC money runs out, so will the relationships.
