Most coworkers are kind, supportive, and hardworking. Many providers are professional and compassionate.

Executive leadership prioritizes profit over people, promotions are based on compliance rather than merit, hardworking employees are overworked and unappreciated, management constantly nitpicks without giving recognition, work-life balance is only respected for the favored few, expectations are unclear and unrealistic, overtime is discouraged even when necessary, HR is unapproachable and only engages for discipline, concerns and reports of unethical behavior are ignored, and disciplinary policies are inconsistently enforced or bypassed entirely.
