Pros
-work outside -fun job to work with friends -it is an engaging job but not too demanding -it's fun being around kids and families, having a positive attitude helps. -they manage a few nice pools near my house, don't travel far for work. -pool manager and their managers have our backs and are very supportive. -good training
Cons
-the pay is not the best but is very good compared to other companies, plus many are entry level summer jobs. -you do have to do some dirty work, cleaning pool, restrooms, etc. They were clear about this in interview so I knew what I was signing up for. -the point system started out confusing and sounded dumb, but after a year and a raise, it made more sense and works well.
