Pros

Getting to be outside, developing relationships with pool patrons, being able to save lives and learning new skills.

Cons

Extremely poor management. Management does not properly deal with poor behavior with guards. The company puts patrons at risk but keeping guards on staff who do not do their job. The voices of guards are not heard. Some guards are paid lower wages than deserved. Your voice is not always heard. This company is way more trouble than it is worth. I highly recommend not working for this company.

1. Very busy spring and summer. Not allowed to take vacations May-September for the most part 2. Long days, weekends, late nights 3. Always expected to answer the phone
