Pros
Their sales are tanking and any amazing people left will hopefully move on fast
Cons
Where to start… company received millions in gov funds specifically to keep staff but then multiple restructures and reduction of jobs still happened anyways despite hitting goals during a Pandemic year unless you had an in with the Lulu crowd. All the wokeness.. trainings on how to make yourself feel bad about being white. White guilt was rampant and if you spoke up with different beliefs or opinions that didn’t tow the woke line, oh trust they noticed and took note but don’t worry, it still takes 6 months to get a jacket fixed that a customer spent $800 on. Priorities are on anything and anyone besides end users and gear. Company jumps at the chance to virtue signal but in all company meetings, the actual atrocities that were and are happening in China were asked about, the CEO literally said he refused to speak on those and the brand wouldn’t be taking a stance. Funny, does that have to do with new Chinese ownership and a China first strategy? I assure you, this company DOES NOT care about any of the social causes they pretend to, like most they are doing this stuff to make people think they care and hopefully make more money. That’s the culture, copy paste from China. Straight up toxic here and the egos that came from Lulu (owner, senior retail team, etc…) are next level.
