Pros
Nice people, management is approachable, interesting diversity of projects. Ability to learn project management and tech. Pet friendly.
Cons
New management has no concept of what to do with the company. There's an identity crisis between being service oriented vs product oriented. Bonuses weren't paid for the last half of 2013, lots of turnover at the middle-management level and there's a general feeling of low morale.
