Pros

Free food, pet friendly, work remotely/work from home, cool product, some really intelligent people work here, feel like you're contributing to actually help patients receive better medical care via data analytics

Cons

Don't even bother working here unless you went to Tufts - they beat on that drum whenever they get the chance from the highest levels of management down. It's alienating and belittling. Very personality-driven culture - that is, a few personalities run the show and are the "popular kids" at Arcadia. They call all the shots. Everyone else falls in line. If you don't agree, you're an idiot and are either pushed out/alienated or straight up let go. Little to no growth opportunities Heavily siloed The now C-level head of product is a bully and condescends people who ask for help - we can't all be tech wizards and some of us are just trying to help in our own roles. Don't make us feel like we're bothering you and wasting your time when we ask for your input to save you and your team time or just trying to learn. Marketing is a hot mess express and super difficult to work with for many reasons - condescension, micromanagement, etc.

Pros

Remote work, if you're not in Boston or D.C. area.

Cons

Layoffs in an org that's already feeling short-staffed. Again.
