Pros
Some really good, smart, talented and hardworking people work there. I actually found the CEO to be a genuine person who wanted an open door, collaborative culture. Wished his mgmt team agreed. Their marketing team is one of the best in the biz.
Cons
Everyone is related to someone. The majority of the leadership team, aside from the CEO, all grew up together. Because of that, you don’t feel comfortable raising concerns or speaking up. The CEO doesn’t seem to have the slightest idea about this culture. It’s very heavy pressure, and they say their product/service is better than it is. They’re not honest about the weaknesses and the comp intel team fabricates or exaggerates things about competitors to make them look better. It makes reps look like idiots on calls. We were told to completely disregard a review that didn’t go favorably because it was “one biased analysts opinion” but then to believe the one good thing the analyst said. It’s also geared towards young, fresh kids. All-hands were very immature, and frankly annoying. I don’t want to watch a bunch of overweight white dudes jump around talking about getting wasted yelling “let’s gooooooo.” It’s hard to take people like that seriously. The howling is very cringe.
