Full WFH would've been awesome At minimum, stick with the hybrid schedule

Senior leadership has completely tanked company culture and couldn't be more apathetic about it. It feels like senior leadership is literally trying to make peoples lives miserable and they just don't care anymore all their care about is the money lining their pockets. I was discriminated against here and nothing was done other than talking to the managers. So much for zero tolerance for discrimination unless it's a manager. They don't trust their employees whatsoever to be autonomous and have to micro manage everything that they do. They have absolutely no quality assurance, most of the products you will touch are broken and don't work properly and you get to explain to customers why it doesn't work, it's embarrassing. There's no service continuity either, they will release a new internal tool that is completely broken and just tell everyone to deal with it.
