Company wants to make everyone happy can’t complain about that, wouldn’t say I’m the best performer but this company has no disciplinary actions at all since they don’t want to risk anything so you won’t get punished for underperforming or not performing at all. Only hurdle is the phone and panel interview but once you get in you have a stable job and benefits (health insurance, PTO) Only setback from taking the chill route at work is you don’t get your full bonus but evaluations don’t mean much since you’ll still get a paid regularly so that’s a big plus
