Great people, personal autonomy, independent thinkers, groups work well together, supportive teams. Good systems for the most part. Opportunity for growth. Fast pace.

Cons

Great company for people who have worked in smaller companies but can be difficult for people that require a lot of structure.

Competitive compensation, good benefits, talented colleagues, interesting oncology pipeline, and opportunities to work on complex global clinical trials.

Cons

After a management change, the culture became much more focused on micromanagement and performance metrics. No support from HR or Leadership, and communication and trust declined significantly. Long-tenured employees may find the environment has changed. Run dont walk away!!!!!
