Pros

Empowerment, Autonomy, Mentoring, Supportive, just a few words to describe the work environment. In addition, Arcus provide a very attractive, comprehensive benefits package, including, compensation. Leadership is supportive and always available.

Cons

Honestly, the only "con" I can think of is there isn't enough time in the day to always get everything completed. Not to say the workload is too much, but when you enjoy what you do, you tend to work longer hours than is "normal".

Competitive compensation, good benefits, talented colleagues, interesting oncology pipeline, and opportunities to work on complex global clinical trials.

Cons

After a management change, the culture became much more focused on micromanagement and performance metrics. No support from HR or Leadership, and communication and trust declined significantly. Long-tenured employees may find the environment has changed. Run dont walk away!!!!!
